Creating an album is not an easy task where we need to hire a designer, make him understand our requirements, follow up with them, give it for printing and finally wait for the final output. I have tried professional album makers to online album web sites but no other site or app is not this user friendly where we can choose multiple themes as per our requirement and taste. Creating an album in this app is very easy and the quality of the print also very nice but it would be awesome if you use photo paper than the normal paper for the album. Initially I was felt it was a tad expensive but the product is worth every bit if it. Lovely products & designs with amazing colors. Keep up the good work. Definitely ordering more from here. The app crashes too often and there is no option to save the work midway. Their courier partner is fedex and I am surprised to know that fedex also has such a poor service. Bottomline: do not order your print through them. We've already explained you the entire situation. For the benefit of others who are reading this review I would like to tell that: The order was placed on 5th June around 9 pm and it was shipped from our end at 6th June 7 pm. The committed delivery by Pixylz is between 12th to 14th June. We use Fedex as our courier partner and they had updated the delivery date as 11th June, but they were unable to meet the committed date due to unforeseen reasons. Ideally on the date of the review - 13th June, the Delivery date committed by us is still not surpassed and Mr Maity is still mentioning this as a case of delayed delivery. I would like to tell that the courier team and our support team had been trying to call him on the number mentioned in his order on 12th and 13th of June but he did not pick up the phone. He has shared an alternative number on the night of 13th of June and we are now again trying to get the package delivered to him today, which is still under the date committed by us. To everyone who is ordering, please ensure you share phone numbers that you are able to pick up. The courier companies do not attempt delivery if the phone is not answered and that leads to unnecessary delays. While we continuously follow up with them to get it delivered asap, it takes atleast 48 hours for them to act on a complaint. Also, we request you to please look into the Expected Delivery dates mentioned by us for your order and do not go by the date that comes on the courier company's tracking page. If everything goes smoothly, the packages do get delivered earlier, but if there is an issue, we need time to work on it. We hope to get your support and cooperation in getting your orders delivered to you at the earliest. ### 1/5 — Unable to select pics *2019-04-14, version 3.2* Was unable to select pics.
