It is a good game except the Lance and the Rook swapped so there are now two Lances on the far bottom left and right and one rook where the Lance is supposed to be.

I love this app and greatly appreciate that the developers allow it to run on Apple Silicon Macs. I analyze and review games with PiyoShogi on my Mac but also can use the app on iPhone while away from home. Future updates I would love to see:

* Allow more CPUs for game analysis. Macs can utilize a lot more than 2.
* Share the game record list across all devices.
* Add more tsumeshogi problems!
* Online play, perhaps as a lishogi client?

Thank you for the great app and for letting us turn off ads! I look forward to seeing how PiyoShogi grows.

At the bottom of the settings tab it says you can change the language by choosing the language that you want and then restarting the app to change it. I restarted it and nothing happened!

Love this app. Very cute and helpful. Easy to learn. But the ads are super annoying. I would pay for a paid version to eliminate the ads.

As you start to reach 8/7 kyu, brinkmate will become more important and you may need to read more moves ahead. A friendly opponent for all levels of skill too ^w^

将棋初心者なので、詰将棋が充実したぴよ将棋さんをインストールしました。

問題は難易度毎に充実していて、操作性も完璧。ぴよぴよ言うのも可愛くて良いです。

星5じゃ足りない神アプリです。

I’ve tried many mobile apps for offline shogi, and I can confidently say that PiyoShogi is the best.

PiyoShogi allows you to play against a wide variety of CPU opponents, with a range of different opening strategies and time controls. You can also play “rated” games to track your current level of play.

This app shines most when it comes to kifu analysis. You can easily paste kifu from the clipboard on the main screen. You can also pull Shogi Wars kifu using the “Wars Record” button.

The new daily mate problem feature is also excellent. Other apps will force you to find the shortest mate, but PiyoShogi allows you to find any mate against its strongest CPU. You can later go back and find faster mates.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with PiyoShogi and I’m glad to see that it’s still under active development. Highly recommended.

まず率直な感想としては初心者、中級者
にとってはとても良いアプリだと思います。

将棋ウォーズの譜面を読み込んでpc等なくても
それなりに振り返りができる点。
CPUの囲いを指定して練習出来ることが
とても素晴らしいと素人ながらに思いました。

This was suggested by Google for learning shogi. However to use those app you need to one, know how to play shogi beforehand and two know how to read Japanese. Complete English language integration is nonexistent. Went to the app help link and it’s all in Japanese too with each section having to be translated.

崩す練習をしたくて囲いの指定をしてるのに、急戦しかやってきません。左美濃いうてるのに平気でエルモ囲いとかやってきます。

AI特有の狙いが曖昧な急戦ばかり対応したせいで、対人相手の勝率もガタ落ち。

開発の手抜きが酷くオススメできないです。

入門者と高段者以外はお呼びでない。
低段までだと、ストレスが溜まるくらいのクオリティ。将棋道場でやったら怒られるような手を指してくる。それも一局に数手とかザラ。 そのくせこちらの陣形の不備は的確について来るもんだから腹が立つ。 改善できんもんかな

不利になると守りの手を同じ手で使い続ける
ミスするまでひたすら待ちの将棋、ワンパターン
有利でない限りはひたすら守るだけ
無駄に打つ手が増えるだけで長々やらないと駄目
攻防の楽しみ無い、欠陥すぎる
リアルでこんなひたすら守りの将棋してたら相手もやる気無くす
これなら昔の将棋のゲームの方が攻防の楽しさ有った
正直言うと20年ぐらい前の将棋ゲームのが面白い、こんなワンパターンじゃない

棋譜解析とかレベル分けとかでクオリティを高く見せているが comの強さはバラバラで人間らしい手もないしとても初心者がやるようなアプリではない。ストレスを溜めたいのならやっても良い

cpuレベルを下げたとアプデ内容にありどのぐらい勝ちやすくなったのかと試してみたら今まで明らかに負けてたレベルまで勝てるようになってしまった。正直アプデ前のレベルの方が悔しい思いしながらまた勉強して取り組めたのに少し残念だ。
アプデ前までは評価5でした。

ハメ技っぽい手順を徹底的にとがめる

詰みは見逃さない 今のウォーズやクエストのダミーの強さにも通じるwww

同じ方針のダミーと延々とやってるイメージ

課金チューバーの相手みたいに簡単にハマってくれる人やCPUなど皆無www

そういうイメージ

無課金のハメ技使いを許さない感じやね

戦法を居飛車に指定しても必ず角道を開けて振り飛車を使ってくるので戦法指定が意味をなしていない。相居飛車の戦型の練習にはならない。角換わりもできない。

振り飛車党の人にはいいアプリ。

レベルが細かく設定されていて自分が少しずつ強くなっていく感触が得られていい！以前は三段に苦戦していましたが、今は四段といい勝負というように！

ただ棋譜解析に関しては他のアプリを使った方がいいかなと思う。級位者が大悪手やちゃんすをのがしているところを把握するにはいいが、有段者ましてや高段者が参考とするには物足りない。駒捨てありだと11手詰めでも読めてないこともあるし、解析は20手以上読んで欲しい。

迷うことなき神アプリです。これで文句ある人は有料アプリ使ってください。課金なしでこのクオリティはありえないレベル。初心者はもちろん、経験者も使うべき。
差し放題、解析無限、棋譜読み込める。それだけでもすごいのにアプデがすごい頻度である。これは入れるしかないでしょ。もう広告なんか気になりません。👍

（運営さん、CPUの戦型もうちょっと増やして欲しいです。（袖飛車とか右四間飛車とか（できれば奇襲戦法も欲しいですが））あとはCPUの差し回しを人間に近づけて欲しいです。🙇（難しいならそのままでいいです。十分楽しいアプリになっているので））

対局や解析後の勉強に使わせていただいております。 1つ希望があるのですが、iPhoneで見るとき盤の座標を表す数字をもう少し大きくしていただけないでしょうか。 解析結果を後手番で見る時、後手側の表示に慣れていないのですが、数字が線と被っていたり、視力が落ちてきたため、いちいち座標を数えないとならないためです。 よろしくお願いします。

長所
・細かくレベル分けされたコンピュータ（40段階。初心者レベル〜24高段レベル）
・棋譜の検討、解析機能（1手ごとの検討、1局全体の解析）
・将棋盤としての機能（人対人、局面作成）
・毎日4問追加される実戦詰将棋（ランダム出題機能、過去の問題も全て公開）
・様々な棋譜の読み込み、保存
・その他、様々な便利機能
・開発元による、使い方の丁寧な解説
 
気になる点・気をつけたい点
・高レベルでの解析には少し時間がかかる（形勢のおおよその流れをつかむにはレベル30程度でも十分。形勢が動いた局面は、後で個別に検討できる）
・レベル40はプロレベルには達していないと思われる（スマホアプリの中では最強クラス）
・戦型や囲いの指定はうまく機能しないこともある
・実戦詰将棋はイモ筋で詰む問題も多い（とにかく数をこなしたい人向け）
・広告非表示には月額課金が必要（ただし、もともと広告は少なめ）
 
総合評価・コメント
高棋力、高機能、かつ使いやすい。三拍子揃った神アプリだと思います。
個々の機能では他アプリが上回る場合もありますが、総合的に見てiOS向けコンピュータ将棋アプリで一番です。
ただし、スマホ・タブレットゆえの限界があるので、激○のような有料PCソフトを買った方が満足度が高いかもしれません（最新鋭のフリーソフトはセッティングが複雑かつ強すぎるので、玄人向けだと思います）。 ちなみに、ぴよ将棋にはブラウザ版もあり、解析などの機能強化が計画されているらしく、注目しています。

Very cute and I love the sounds and animation and I see that there is an ad free version but it is a monthly fee. Pls make a paid version (maybe $10) and I’ll pay for it.
