I order pizza and I get it. Rewards accumulate and I use them. Sure it’s a little simple and not great to look at it but it does what it needs to. ### 3/5 — Missing rewards *2026-05-18, version 2.0.7* I love the food, but the app's reward system is incredibly frustrating. If you order outside of the app like over the phone or walk-in there is absolutely no way to scan or manually enter your paper receipt afterward to claim your missing reward points.A modern rewards program should let you scan a barcode or enter a receipt number to get credit for your loyalty, no matter how you placed the order. Forcing users to buy exclusively through the app just to earn points defeats the purpose of a flexible loyalty program. Then I build a $25 order and it says the coupon still doesn’t apply! With regular menu oriced items ### 1/5 — Don’t bother ordering through here *2025-02-08, version 2.0.3* This is the second time I’ve tried to order through the app in about 8 months apart and yet AGAIN it won’t process my card and has placed a hold on that I have to wait to drop off. I called the local store previously and was told the issue was with the parent company and they couldn’t help me. My house has been built for three years and the app won’t recognize my address. Got to the checkout process and it says the need my last name to check out. The app has my first name filled in and my phone number but won’t let me click on the field to enter my last name so I can’t check out😠 I’ve tried going to the account settings and everything I gave up ### 1/5 — Just a web page in an app *2021-01-05, version 1.1.101* This isn’t an app. It is just a mobile webpage in an app shell. Can’t pick thin crust. Ordering off the web is better. ### 1/5 — Not really an app *2020-06-23, version 1.1.101* This isn’t really a mobile app, it’s an interface that directs to the website, which has a poor “mobile” interface and the desktop interface isn’t very usable on phones. Current standards are to have just one version of a website that adapts to the screen size, rather than to have a separate “mobile” view. But really, if you’re going to have an app, it should be a mobile-only experience with native UI elements and should not just be a wrapper for a website. This could be leagues better ### 1/5 — Cancellation *2019-02-04, version 1.1.101* I can’t cancel an order on the app, doesn’t seem like a feature, I’m upset about it, cause I now have to take a pizza I don’t want. Being to able to cancel an order should be one of the first things you think of when making an app like this. ### 1/5 — App and online are trash *2018-10-14, version 1.1.98* The location nearest me has been in business for years. Used to order nearly every weekend from their website. Since new management took over, they've switched to GrubHub and then to other services. When using the app, their location isn't even showing up. Online is the same. When finally able to place an order from the one nearest me, I place the order and it says my order has been placed for some location in downtown DC.
