Every step of trying to order a pizza is so unintuitive, tedious, and difficult. It’ll show my selected location for my local restaurant at the top of the app, but when I’m trying to order, I have to repeatedly “Show more stores” and go through an endless list of locations that are in absolutely no sensible order to find my location. No option to search by keyword for locations. No option to save my frequent location. No option to use my location to find the closest store. Paying is a nuisance too. It won’t save my card info, even though I ordered the same pizza from the same location on an almost weekly basis. No ability to auto fill. No PayPal or Apple Pay options. This app is a mess.
