Pizzas remain braw. *2024-11-26, version 6.4.2* 6.4.2 seems to prevent a hungry customer from adding more than one additional topping to a “standard” pizza. App still works despite the bug, staff still awesome humans and pizzas are braw as usual. ### 3/5 — Downgrade *2024-02-16, version 6.4.2* Has Apple Pay but not until all data has been harvested anyway. No options to modify pizza toppings. Downgrade from just ordering through the website. The pizza is very good. The app is a little clunky and not worth getting. It is difficult to navigate and as a result I Accidentally missed an item off my order, when ordering, my fault but when I phoned to add it on, I was told I needed to reorder, incurring a second delivery charge. (This I was told can’t be removed). They missed a couple of items off my order and when I contacted them to say this, we had to request a refund for the items which was granted 2 days later. Tbf was offered a £5 voucher, with the refund. ### 2/5 — Order time misleading *2021-04-23, version 4.4.1* Estimated time can be quite a bit different to actual wait times (which you won’t find out until you’ve paid). It also took a minute to realise the need to scroll down to add the pizza to the basket. The checkout was quite tedious and long which almost made me abandon my order. The app is very buggy and frequently doesn’t show items (tonight said no 10” pizzas existed) and only allows the removal or adding of 1 pizza topping.
