So STOP with the stupid intro graphics that delay ordering by 9-10 seconds. It’s the same as asking a walk in customer to exit the revolving door and enter again and admire your logo. I’d walk straight out and leave which I’ve done a few times on the app trying to order in stop and go traffic. Just hungry and need quick useful utility. Eliminate the fluff, you made the sale long before I opened the app. It’s called fast food - we want the shortest path to get it. Only company worse than you is mcD’s with endless graphics and sounds to order online. This gets progressively worse for those of us with 5+ yr older phones who don’t throw $1,000 at latest new phone every year. Maybe detect those phones and show them a YouTube video on launch.
