Tinawagan ko customer service nila at wala din nagawa CS nila so sya na lng nag order sakin at aabutin pa daw ng another 45mins kahit may order na ako. Delivery location always unavailable altho there’s a nearby store. From the store service now its app. It’s too many to mention my bad experiences with them. They must change their management. ### 3/5 — No Option for Senior Discounts *2021-02-22, version 1.3.0* The title is already self explanatory but to further explain after finalizing my order, I kept looking for payment options or discounts options where I can avail senior discounts but to no avail. Thus, we even had to call pizzahut to avail the senior discount. Oh, yeah, when our delivery came the senior discount wasn’t included so we just paid the original price. What a nice way to celebrate a birthday, right? ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — App is often unusable *2024-12-05, version 2.2.0* When trying to log in, an error message saying that app is not accessible appears ### 1/5 — Could not order or use the app full of errors *2024-11-08, version 2.1.0* Stupid app. Why create one that you could not use. ### 1/5 — No GCredit *2024-08-10, version 2.1.0* When CS called, I asked if GCredit(payment option in GCash) would be an available option to make payments with them, and CS asked her co-worker and gladly said it was available. The reason why I asked because when you choose Gcash/Maya it says QR scan upon delivery, so there would be a chance that it might not be available(GCredit). Then worse case scenario when scanning their QR code with the delivery guy, the GCredit payment option in GCash was not available. Good thing my wife has an additional Cash in her GCash wallet that was supposed to be her travel money to go to work. If only the GCredit payment option were available it wouldn’t be an issue and my rating here wouldn’t be a 1 Star(0 star if that’s the lowest). After placing your order, you do not get any update on the status of your order. There is also NO MEANS to contact them aside from the landline number ??? I placed an order and after waiting for 2 hours, I decided to cancel it via email. Immediately thereafter, I got a text message saying the order is on its way. I don’t think that the orders placed thru this app are timely submitted to their stores.
