Order was supposed to arrive 20 minutes and I have no update as to where it is. This is just off putting because all the other have this feature ### 2/5 — Address functionality is really bad *2023-04-15, version 1.3.9* App itself is not bad and work quite well. The user interface is good and it is easy to place your order. However, it doesn’t remember your setting correctly, specifically addresses. And the address functionality is really really bad. It keeps mixing up addresses. You can find it through the search, but then pulls it through incorrectly, which you can only see after the order is confirmed. This results in the order being often placed at Pizza Hut’s no where near your actual address. Then the pizza either arrives cold, not at all, or you need to phone to confirm where the order has actually been and change the address. This defeats the purpose of the App entirely! ### 2/5 — Good but not Great *2023-04-15, version 1.3.9* User interface experience is good. There are some address issues, for example I put in my address correct but once I finalized my order it had changed on the order history. I paid by card on the app but soon realized there’s no track order function which gives MAJOR ANXIETY!!. There was a pay cash/card on delivery option, for all my anxious people that is the way to go. For me paying online provides obligation ties - like cash/card on delivery they could just choose to ignore your order. So for that reason a tracking function can go a loooonngg way. Also there’s no refund or complaint option on the order history - when my order arrived it was missing a topping but the driver was more than willing to go back. If there was a complaint section I could’ve claimed the money for the missing topping and saved the driver time and petrol. My order did get delivered though the second time around as well, thankfully 😅🙏🏾. ### 4/5 — Good but needs fixing with some things *2022-08-25, version 1.3.4* Decent app but there seems to be an issue when different areas have same road names and numbers, sometimes it changes the location. There was no notification as to whether the driver was on his way let alone whether he arrived to my destination or not.
