This should not be called an app. I don’t understand how those people who developed this piece of thing can call themselves software developers. Or maybe this was developed by non software developers. I have wasted more than 2 hours to edit an address and place an order and still haven’t been successful. This is truly a disgrace to humanity. You need to test by placing an order and editing an address and using all the things you call features before releasing it to the public. Very hot and tasty. ### 1/5 — Worse fast food ordering App ever *2021-11-14, version 4.0.0* I struggled to add our home address. After I enter the address manually, it forces me to select from Google map. Even after I dropped the pin to the correct location on the map and select the address, it selects the wrong address and overrides the manually entered correct address. The App should be user friendly and properly tested. I deleted the app and ordered via phone. ### 1/5 — Most user unfriendly app *2021-07-03* It is very hard to login, and even if you do, the app logs you out after not very long time, so you must repeat the poorly designed login process again! The most annoying thing is that app does not allow to PASTE copied password into the password input field! ### 1/5 — Worst ever app *2019-08-25* The worst ever app I used in iOS. Always asking credentials but end up with login error. Response time is extremely long. I think the previous app is better than this. There is no “go back” option when you enter the payment option . My first revised is an year ago since from no fix. Android app is better. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2018-09-13, version 3.0.0* I really don’t understand why Pizza Hut has such great service but such a horrible app. It logs out after each use, navigation is very difficult, and it is not very user friendly to use. The tabs are every where, you have to go through inconvenient drop downs to get to different product categories (previously only to swipe). Overall the app is also a little slow when it works. The old version was much better.
