They were always very busy when we visited so what was the criteria for closure? It then appears in my basket but tells me to ‘add required items to redeem this promotion’ and when I add normal no-cheese garlic bread it just charges me full price and ignores the voucher. Either I get to the login page and never get an email to verify me, or I can’t even get there because the app just stalls and breaks. Got a verification link to my inbox. It says valid for 20 mins. Clicked the link in my email and the app says “sorry link expired”. Whoever is in charge of PizzaHuts app will have seen a sharp drop in usage. Wonder why it’s still so badly broken? Pizza is a circle shape. And I hope mine arrives soon. I hope they don’t roll it like how the wheel was invented though, this would be aweful, as my castle is surrounded by a moat, a moat me and my family scarcely venture towards or even near. Why you ask, for a ferocious crocodile lives in these waters. It’s fine, we have even played a few games of monopoly with him, but he always eats my delivery drivers and the food :/ he particularly enjoys pizza so I rarely get to enjoy the delights of such a takeaway. Phoned up and the staff had no clue what was going on. Had 10 loyalty points so ordered a large pizza but had to spend £10 before it was delivered!! Cannot understand this at all!! Why have offers and deals and not fulfil them to loyal customers who order regularly. I had problems with paying for the pizza that I wanted via the PH website - I kept getting the msg “Price for the order has gone up” but unfortunately for me it would not allow me to order the pizza. Tanveer saw my frustrations with the app and was he was able to advise me and help me to order the Pizza’s that I wanted. Good save Tanveer, as I was about to walk out of the store and buy some food from elsewhere. When trying to select stuffed crust via the stuffed crust deal I encountered a UI error where I really struggled to click on stuffed crust as opposed to Piri-piri. When viewing the basket at the end it’s not immediately obvious that you can scroll from the top to view your order - this needs to be make much clearer (perhaps reduce the ‘visual noise’/distractions at in the lower quadrant?
