This happens consistently, and its detect loyalty points. Neither can switch between pickup or delivery options. When order placed for pickup and stayed 30 mins to pickup at branch the staff kept repeatedly saying no order received and when left in dissappointment, another 20 mins later i get a call that the order placed is ready. I had already shopped elsewhere and had to turn down the order (while i was already far away).
