The app had sent my order to the wrong branch for collection. When going to collect my order I was told that they have not received it. I was spoken to with no respect and when phoning from home I was shouted at and told it was my own fault and hung up on. After tracking down my order I was told to pay an extra fee for delivery or I would not get it. WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN!
