But when I arrived, the store had no record of the order. The app also showed no sign of a previous order. Not a good start. I showed the Orange Village manager my AmEx charge and he made no effort to fix. ### 1/5 — Incorrect order when using this app *2019-07-17, version 1.0.0* I used this app to order and the order was not delivered to the store correctly. The app defaults to no finishings and therefore does not include all items on the pizza when ordered as is off the menu. In order to get a pizza the way it is described on the menu, you have to use the “customize” operation and manually add the finishings that you expect to be on the pizza. The app sends the store “NO FINISHINGS” even when they should be included. The website is correct for ordering, but the app is not - disappointed the app sent the incorrect order to the restaurant resulting in my pizza missing toppings..... ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Will the rewards system ever work again?! *2025-04-11, version 2.1.7* It’s the question we all want answered. Rewards offers disappear. Rewards offers can’t be redeemed in-app due to constant technical issues. Rewards can no longer be redeemed in-store because they turned over the rewards system entirely to the app. I have over 1200 unusable rewards points right now and would love to use them, but it’s been awhile since the app has allowed me to redeem any rewards, discounts, or freebies. Why can’t stuff be redeemed in-store anymore?! Why can’t you fix your app and make the system functional again?! Based on how many rewards points I have, I shouldn’t have to spend a penny at Pizza Press again for a while, but the system never works and store management doesn’t seem to care or want to do anything about it. ### 1/5 — Need more employees *2025-04-05, version 2.1.7* Need more employees. For instance, Just tried to apply some rewards point to a mobile order, but the option to do so at checkout was missing and it still took my points away! The UI is barely intuitive, ordering can be cumbersome and confusing. Also the reward points for a full pizza cost the same as a half pizza which doesn’t really add up, half pizza should be 50pts. ### 3/5 — Good when it works *2021-02-12, version 1.0.2* I can’t rely on the app working. Sometimes after putting together my order, it just says there is an error, try again later. For one, it doesn’t give me the option to order a “Publish Your Own Pizza.” Second, not all the ingredients are available, especially ones that are exclusive to certain locations.
