Update 4/10
Latest version now does have English and will be my go to app for pizza dough
I would have two suggestions for the next update though
1. The ability to save the inputs and results 
2. The ability to export the results, perhaps as Email.
For now I just take a screen shot of the results

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback and sorry for the inconvenience! I’ve already fixed the issue in the new version (1.1.2), which is currently under review by Apple and should be available tomorrow. I hope you’ll give it another try once the update is live!
