I’m confused on why? Also, for the Doughnut Shop, the cafe is locked and it’s stating that I need more money and I’m welled over 100k at this moment but it should at least tell us how much it’s required for us to open the cafe part. Another thing, we should be making money if we’re in another city opening up a new spot, not for it to say customer is waiting. I’ve upgraded everything, bought everything it asked me to, had all the money, and I’m stuck. I’ve emailed support multiple times. Here’s the thing, if you have a game charging people actual money to level up and things like that, you better be able to give technical support. Nothing. I’ve requested help so many times and nobody has ever gotten back to me. Don’t waste your time. These developers are swindlers if they think it’s acceptable to take your money and give you the middle finger when you need help. Please don’t spend any money on this. They haven’t even responded to people’s complaints since February of 2024.
