I feel like I’m taking a trip back to 2011. Took 20 minutes to order two pizzas on the app. When I arrived they said they still hadn’t received my order. Pizza is good. This was March 20, 2019 at 4:40 PM. Pizza was cooked so it was safe but after watching the employees work I decided I won’t return for awhile. Employee need a new food safety course and training regarding gloves and cross contamination. Really unhappy as before I gave 5 stars and they gave me much happiness. So I had to order at the store. This new method created a longer wait. When I ordered, I redeemed a reward using the app. After ordering and paying, I tried to scan my receipt to get my points for the pizza I paid for and it wouldn't allow me to saying something about the receipt already used. I’ve deleted the app and downloaded again, still saying it. I don’t understand why it’s doing that 😠😠😠 ### 2/5 — How about an update? *2018-08-25, version 1.0* I love PizzaStudio! However, over two months ago the location nearest me shut down; reason unknown. There was a notification that a new location would soon be opening in the same area, but as of yet there has been no word. There are only two other locations in the Salt Lake area, both of which are far on the east side. I can’t believe in all this time the app still hasn’t been updated - The Westside location still shows open and functioning and there but no updates on whether a new location on the west side will be developed.
