Die App ist übersichtlich und man spart 10% wenn man hierüber bestellt

...man hat keinen blassen Schimmer wann in etwa die Bestellung geliefert wird. Man erhält keine ungefähre Lieferzeit via E-Mail o.ä.
Das heißt, dass man je nach Uhrzeit zwischen 20 und 120 Minuten wartet und nicht weiß wann das Essen endlich kommt.

Wir bestellen oft über die App. Bestellvorgang ist soweit übersichtlich. Aber es stört dass man jedesmal seine Adresse wieder eingeben muss. Hier wäre wünschenswert, einen Account anlegen zu können für Adressdaten und Bestellhistorie. Dann kann man alte Bestellungen einfach wiederholen, wenn man immer das gleiche bestellt.
