Downloaded the app and placed an order. First of all it did not give me the advertised 10% discount. Then the prices on the app were nearly 30% higher than the website. We did not realize until after we placed the order. The staff said that the app has dynamic pricing. Either way I demanded a refund which hopefully comes through.

The App works for ordering. But why an App just for one restaurant? Imagine every restaurant would do that… As much as I love Pizzana I wished I could order via Chow Now or Seamless.

The part that I dont like about the App is that it does not let me delete credit cards and that it does not use Apple Pay. Why?

Ordering was simple enough but you can't access order history or check on the status of your order. Pretty useless other than placing the order and hoping for the best.

This app can be very frustrating when you get an email about a new special, but not listed on the app!

Most recent example: getting an email that the Chicken Parm is back. But when you try to order it via the app, this special is nowhere to be found. 

Whoever is in charge of maintaining and updating this app should be fired for loss of business.
