When trying to log in it said my account did not exist. I emailed support, and they said my account was there with points and all and said I should be able to log in. Well apparently if you had an account before the transition you have to enter your email and hit SIGN UP. Then it will transfer your old account to the new one. We will be happy to help get this resolved! ### 3/5 — Errors for everything *2022-12-20, version 9.17.14* It took way too long to place an order due to restrictions and errors in the app ### 2/5 — Hair yuck *2022-08-06, version 2.0* Again same young man with long hair hanging in his face and over the food while making the pizza, no spicy sauce no basil, and when I held up my phone to have him scan my reward code he told me, “no you can just scan your receipt” No I opted out of ordering pizza again I just can’t take the chance with that hair, no one in this place has a hairnet on. I don’t know if I will come back here to many pizza places that at least look more sanitary. ### 3/5 — Palmdale Ca *2021-12-22* I never write reviews but after being here several times with the same issue I decided it was necessary. Need more workers. Very slow. Put to go orders in front of patrons that walk in. This used to not be.. there used to be enough workers to keep a solid good flow. Love the product. Experience is cold and somewhat uninviting. People seem stressed and overworked it’s not very friendly. there’s always an exception to the rule where one person will be very friendly but overall experience is just not what it used to be, the last three times I’ve been here..One time I just walked out after standing for well over 10 minutes to be helped right in front while they did to go orders. ### 3/5 — It’s average *2021-09-22, version 2.0* No deals pretty much ever. Easy menu choices. Good service. Clean restaurant. Food brought right to us nice and Hot with a box of napkins. My husband is use to eating on a plate with proper utensils. I was perfectly fine. But maybe that should be an option for a 5 star experience. The sauces would have been nice to try but when I went to get a bottle the bottles were all empty or almost empty. How could all of them be empty? I don’t know I’m not a person that asks questions. Making it not only more expensive to redeem points, but no longer you can use the app in store to scan at cashier to earn points. Now you have ti submit a copy of your receipt? Who’s the “genius” that came up with this system? If anything, I feel not incentivized to return to this store. I was frequenting the store once a week now I realize I haven’t been there in the past two. What kind of an update was that? I was so close to earning rewards and you pull this stunt? Or is that what happens when anyone comes close to 100 points? They get into the 90s and you steal the points from them? ### 1/5 — Expecting More *2022-12-10, version 9.17.14* Automatically logged me out and lost all the points I had saved up. Also it doesn’t have the full menu for ordering. ### 1/5 — App won’t let me scan receipts *2022-10-31, version 2.0* Store told me they don’t offer QR code scan for points and that I need to scan reciept with app. After multiple attempts to scan the receipts barcode and enter in barcode numbers manually, it still doesn’t work. Doesn’t work. I give up.
