Nearly gave up ordering - app was not good to use
App seemed to have a lot of glitches . Entered my phoneme number at least twice . And does not work with apply pay .

Really loved the app. First time using it. Absolutely great, really user friendly and lovely pictures of all the food!
No “Order status” updates.
App works really well and is easy to use.
However, the handy “Order status” notification is great idea if only the staff were to update it and use it properly. Our order was an HOUR LATE and I received a notification update: “Delivery is prepared”, “VIP Driver on their way”and “Your pizza is delivered” TWO HOURS AFTER MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED!
Come on VIP Pizza, 2021 makes these basics is easy!
One star for the service, but the function of the app rescued one more.
Service needs to be sharpened massively!

Had to put someone else’s address as it wouldn’t accept mine and it took ages to get past this. This also shouldn’t be at the start of the customer journey.
