I even asked during the journey why GPS wasn’t being used, but the route continued to be inefficient. To avoid being taken even further away, I ended the trip and walked instead. When I contacted customer support to explain what happened, the situation got worse. The representative raised their voice at me, blamed me for not directing the driver, and then hung up the phone mid-conversation.
