I was charged and refunded twice but the order was never placed. Previously, I placed an order for a breakfast item (along with two beverages) for my daughter on the way to a class; when we got there, they were out of the food item - the only reason we went to PJ’s was for her breakfast. Other businesses update when they are out of something. The app also forces you to make selections unnecessarily - I’m ordering iced tea & I have to click the drop down for milk options & choose ‘no milk’ before I can add the item to my cart! Why is this necessary?! I’ve given them a few tries and every time they seem to get worst. SOME of the staff seem rude at the speaker. My coffee has never tasted the same as I found one I fell in love with and the first time was the only time it tasted that way. I get beignets almost every time and they’ve been over done and not enough powered sugar so I’m just eating bread. Also haven’t gotten the sauce on the side since the first time.
