Then I have to delete the app, redownload it, sign in again, just to purchase another ticket. **Developer response:** Thank you for your opinion, the reported issue will be resolved in the next version of the application. In the meantime, should the described issue occur, please close and restart the application. I’ve uninstalled the app and reinstalled it again, but it still does not start. Very often shows that tickets are unavailable and there is no more left for the train but then you can buy in another app without a problem. Not recommend. It gives me a blue screen, and it stays there forever. I tried several times I tried on different mobiles and still the same issue for the last year not sure what I should do. I’m always using the Internet version not the iOS version to buy the tickets. This has been going on since I downloaded it one year back. You can easily exchange and refund tickets on here too, it works flawlessly. Most of the negative reviews on here are for the old app version, which was indeed awful.
