If you click app support here, it goes to a page that doesn’t exist. Annoying. ### 1/5 — Charged my Credit card but didn’t add to wallet! *2020-04-02, version 3.2.1* The app would not add money to my wallet and I was told by the waitress to try again. My credit card ended up with $140 in charges but money does not show up in wallet on app. All the transactions show up in the app and I was charged on my card. I spent about $32 and have a $54 balance in my wallet. There is no where in the app to contact customer service for help with glitches in this app. So in the end I was charged $140 bought $32 in beer now have a $54 balance. I’m not the best at math but I got screwed out of $54. ### 1/5 — Updated version of app *2016-11-03, version 2.11* This is the worst update ever to an app I have ever had. The original version was easy to use, pull up a list, pick your beers log them and done. Ever since this app was "updated" and "improved" it does nothing but crash, won't let you get into it and you have to spend most of your time nursing the app instead of enjoying the drink in front of you. If I could give it less than 1 star I would. ### 1/5 — Lost Password *2016-10-22, version 2.11* The forgot password link just takes you back to registration, so if you forget your password you literally will never be able to login unless you create a new account with a different email address.
