## What is PL HOPE?

PL HOPE is an app to help individuals in recovery. The app tries to achieve this by offering a messaging systems between patients and their provider, reminders, a community board for patients communicate and offer support, increase patient self-monitoring through daily check-ins, along with several other unique app features.
