I work for the federal government, and this app is very substandard. Every time I enter in data and try to upload the form it tries to login again to confirm my identification and then locks up. I’ve already confirmed authentication. Why is it trying to do it again? The only good thing is it retains the data I put in because I have to reboot the iPad just to login and upload the form. This takes longer than it should because the app is very inadequate. If this is not fixed within 60 days, I’m gonna recommend that our agency drop PL or at least not renew the contract.

App definitely needs an update, desperately. It is currently unusable as it is. I am unable to specify a department, which is a requirement, without the app completely crashing and losing all my work. Please update the app, dev team!
