But…. There website is not user friendly, can’t use my points on purchases using Shop pay ( seemingly they are working with this company to correct the problem) My suggestion would be to drop Shop Pay, use a company that is more user friendly. My experience rates about a one out of five for Shop Pay. Last point, whoever is running your website might need a little guidance on correcting a lot of problems that your customers find frustrating. ### 1/5 — Slow, refreshes then DOUBLES items in your cart *2023-02-09, version 2.5* I used to order online, then was guided to the app and I used to like this app. I use it monthly for probably 90% of my inventory. Lately the app has been absolute junk. You add an item to your cart, go to the cart, it gives you the refresh spinning wheel, you manually increase your item to say 4, refresh spinning wheel, add more items if other things, more refresh spinning wheels, click back on your cart and every refresh has doubled your items in your cart!!!!! Funny how I went from $300 to over $1,100 by refreshing. I decided to play with it one time to figure it out but honestly it just pisses me off. I don’t have the time to mess with this crap, I need to get on here, add items to my cart, checkout, and be done! Not verify 12 times my stuff isn’t duplicating!!! It almost feels fraudulent. So my order was never delivered to my house and because I had ordered through the app the protection plan was not added automatically. So if your order gets lost and you don’t have that .98 cent protection plan added, there’s nothing they can do and you have to consider it a loss. Order through a web browser just to protect yourself. Poor app planning honestly.
