## What is PlaceGrad?

PlaceGrad is a B2B campus placement management platform built for colleges and universities.

Placement Officers can create and manage placement drives, allocate students, track application rounds, schedule interviews, and issue offer letters — all from a single dashboard.

Students can browse active drives, apply to companies, track their round-by-round progress, upload resumes, view AI-powered resume scores, and stay updated on their placement status in real time.

Recruiters get a secure, token-based portal to review shortlisted candidates, access resumes, and submit decisions — no account creation required.
