I do not have a computer to use the app on, so I use my iPad. I must say, for $14.99 per month I would expect for things to work a little smoother without the app glitching out when resizing images onto shirts and having to start my project all over again!!!! Really really frustrating!!

I’ve been trying to change the text on the app for some time now and it just goes right back to the default text, not sure what is going on but kinda frustrating.

I hate that. I spent my money on this app just for it to crash. I can’t even make my mock ups for my website. This is very frustrating.

As many have previously stated the app is very buggy, and slow. When it does work it’s a lot of fun, but it rarely works. They shouldn’t charge money for this app with it not working properly. Or at least shouldn’t be $15/month. I can’t get colors to change half the time and when I try to crop it either removes the image or makes no change. I’ve requested a refund. I’ll keep you updated.

I can only imagine the app works the same as the mobile web version, which in itself isn’t all that great. I have to imagine because at this point I can only view saved work and I’m always “offline” when trying to edit or view anything else.

When I search something like “urban” designs pop up and no mock-ups and I apply filters to show only mock-ups and nothing changes. I select to sort a different way and nothing changes. I click to display only videos and still nothing changes. Do you even test the app or bugs before releasing? Because that’s ridiculous your filters don’t work whatsoever at all. Feels cheap and fake. The website is much better though. This app is 3/10

Spent the $12 to get this app created a logo now I can’t download it to my phone😂what a waste of money sends me to a browser that won’t even open and when it does? There’s a download button that does nothing.👎requesting a refund from my bank🙃

This is not a free app. I bought a year’s subscription during a half price offer. Only after that did I realise how limited it is with regard to mock-up choices, download sizes and much more. I cancelled my subscription so it wouldn’t renew after my remaining months of using it. Now the app does not allow me to download or access paid features, despite having four months remaining on my subscription. Please save your money and get Canva instead.

I pay for it but it’s pretty bad. Crashes all the time. Lose a lot of work. Takes about 10-20min for each pic. 5-10 pics per item takes a long time.

This is the worst editing app I have ever used. Glitches out after doing one thing, and then it doesn’t let you do anything till you close the app out and then all your progress is gone

I subscribed like an idiot the second day I used the app I no longer had my subscription according to Placeit. I went to my subscription section on iPhone and it was up to date. But of course the app doesn’t have restore purchases or any way to sync app with iPhone subscriptions. To me it’s a scam

It’s a cool app that’s you can make logos with but once you put a lot of work into a project it will eventually white screen and all of your work is gone. Very frustrating and I hope they fix it

The designs are amazing, the app is easy to use and intuitive, I would just suggest to add a share directly to social apps and when you hit the download button it actually downloads the item to your phone and doesn’t put it in the downloads page instead. Other than that I wouldn’t change anything

I’m a long fan of place it on the desktop! When I found out a mobile version was coming out I was excited. After trying it for a couple weeks it has been awesome with getting images or advertisements edited that I’ve needed. I have experienced some small bugs here or there but the developer is on top of the updates and constantly fixing things. I highly recommend place it and hope to see a polished version very soon

This app allows me post new merch without having to rely on a designer or hire a model! Their merchandise mockups really stand out.  I've been using Placeit on the web for a while... thrilled to have access to the iPhone app… highly recommend this app for creating pro artwork on the fly.

Used this app now for about 8 months and to be fair, it’s great for when on the go. Although, not as powerful as the online version, it’s good to get a start on an idea whilst travelling, then pick it up when at home on the PC.

4* due to the lack of options compared to online version.

Got lots of options but lately even after updates the app and website is very laggy sometimes having to restart a design that was ready to be saved after a few tweaks done to them. All in all recommend if you’re looking for a large album full of designs to use which is why it received 3 stars. If it weren’t for the extra time being spent on the app for its mishaps it would’ve been 5 stars all the way.

I think I would like it better if it filled the screen. Clearly this is made for a phone, way too small to see anything really well on a tablet. That’s disappointing.

Just downloaded the app and so far it working fine. I have to familiarize myself with the functionalities but overall I enjoy it cause it is easy access to create my mock-ups. But time will tell 👊🏽
