## What is PlaceLedger?

PlaceLedger helps renters and independent landlords create organized rental condition records for move-in, move-out, inspections, and property handovers.

Build a room-by-room report with condition statuses, factual notes, photos, timestamps, and optional GPS stamps. Compare move-in and move-out conditions, prepare a clear PDF, and keep generated reports organized by property.

PlaceLedger 1.2 introduces a redesigned workspace for Properties, PDFs, Reviews, and Settings.

Features:

- Multiple properties and report history
- Move-in and move-out report modes
- Preset and custom rooms
- Room notes and checklist items
- Condition status tracking
- Camera capture and photo import
- Timestamped photo documentation
- Optional GPS stamps for camera photos
- Move-in and move-out comparisons
- PDF preview, storage, and sharing
- Local signer acknowledgements and optional drawn signatures
- Saved report versions with report fingerprints
- Backup export and import
- Letter and A4 PDF page sizes

Optional Verified Review lets you send an email-verified review invitation for a saved report, track its status, and retain a signed response certificate tied to the saved report fingerprint. The PDF is shared separately. PlaceLedger does not upload the report, photos, address, notes, signatures, PDF, or GPS stamps for this feature.

No account is required for local reports. Report content remains on your device unless you choose to export or share it. Optional usage measurement is off by default.

One condition report is included. Each optional One Condition Report purchase adds capacity for another report, a watermark-free PDF for that report, and its Verified Review. Lifetime Unlock adds unlimited reports and watermark-free PDFs. No subscription.

PlaceLedger is a documentation tool. It does not provide legal advice, verify that report contents are factually correct, represent users in disputes, or guarantee any deposit, bond, inspection, insurance, or legal outcome.
