### 1/5 — Don't pay - it doesn't work

I've been using Flashcards for quite a while now, and I really liked the app. However, I've been repeatedly prompted to pay to get more translations. Given that I use the app so much I was happy to do this. Oh how I wish I hadn't bothered! Not only does paying for it not give me access to more translations, I'm also still prompted to 'pay up' up every time I try to use it. Worse still - there is no place that you can go to to get help. I tried to send a message on the company website and it got rejected because the company server isn't functioning. Go figure! I've tried everything I can to not give them a one star review, and give them a chance to fix it, but I'm now over $17 out of pocket  for something that doesn't work. I tried to get a refund, and that doesn't work either. Put simply - I'm annoyed.

I’ve been using this app for around 2 years now, and it’s been a life saver for college. I remember realizing I needed to pick up better study habits then turning to the App Store, but struggling because so many other apps were paid or had too many paid features. This was the only one that had the key, primary features for free! 

Along with that, the creators themselves are amazing. I remember bringing up an issue I had, followed by them fixing it within that same week. 

Get this app guys!

This app is a game changer for my french learning!! I could never get anki to work like I wanted to, and it costs money in the app store anyway. This app is free, no hastle, with NO ADS. It’s UI is excellent and I have strengthened my language learning a lot! I pair this with my Duolingo and Busuu lessons easily, I switch between apps and input any words or grammar concepts I’m working on. I love that I can add photos also.

I purchased the app thinking I’d get more out of it, and after I didn’t get any additional credits, I chose to write you that that needs to be made right.  I’m not getting anything different for what I paid for. I at least want to make a few more ai generated flash card sets. Thanks

Não consigo exportar meus arquivos de flashcards formato Zip para outros aplicativos de flashcards; página do desenvolvedor não funciona; por favor, resolva isso.
Seria bom se as imagens anexadas pudessem ser ampliadas.
