Now they either walk away with some marginal amount of your money or you have to go through a convoluted process to get a refund, on a small amount. Would say it’s deceptive but it’s sooo blatant it’s hard to imagine it’s legal to do this. I guess it’s ok to rip everyone if it’s only a small amount.
