## What is Plain Weights?

The simplest way to track your progress and lift more.

No account. No subscription. No creating a full workout programme just to log a set. Open the app, log your lifts, and get back to training.

Log in seconds
---------------
Create any exercise, name it what you want, tag your muscles your way. Then just log your sets. That's it.

Know exactly what to beat
--------------------------
Every session surfaces a delta comparison against your last weight, reps, and total volume. You'll see exactly where you're up, where you're down, and what it takes to keep progressing. Progressive overload, made obvious.

Data that actually helps
-----------------------
Trend lines for weight, reps, and volume. Personal records per exercise. Clean charts that show whether you're moving in the right direction. Everything you need, nothing you don't.

Native iOS, built properly
-------------------------
SwiftUI and SwiftData from the ground up which is fast, fluid, and offline by default.

Plain Weights is just the least frustrating way to track your training and make sure you're always improving.
