Most of the time it is unavailable, you can’t use it to redeem points, view transactions etc. I don’t understand its purpose because it doesn’t reward you for getting points or anything.

I tried retrieving my password. I had to wait for a several hours for the email. When it finally came, the link it gave directed me to the same login page. I hit again the forget my password option and the same thing happened. The next day, I received an email with the new login details. It's a good thing I had my eyes on the shirt or else you must have lost a loyal customer. 

Another issue was that I ordered as a guest and used a different email address, up to this date I haven't received an email yet. When I tried tracking my order, your site asked me for an order reference with an example that made it worse. I keyed in the order ID that I was given, but it didn't work. I hope the app and web developers take the time to reimagine their work.

The shop online button doesn’t work I don’t know why???

The app is inaccessible most of the time. Can’t view points, transaction history. Sometimes, even the card won’t appear.

I already registeres but my code is not activating 😭😭😭 needs a lot of improvement! Im a Plains & Prints shopper for a long time already!

App account should be accessible via online shop so the virtual card and points can be viewed even outside the app since it's not working often.
