The Reset Password never sends an email. Tried setting up an account for my wife so we can access accounts but it says “we are having technical difficulties”. They use outdated and no longer recommended security practices like expiring passwords and security questions. It’s awful. I’m flabbergasted as to how this app says 4.8 stars. I can’t wait to be done with this bank so I don’t have to deal with this app anymore ### 3/5 — Observation *2024-12-25, version 24.1.72* The card feature is not showing on my iPad but is showing on my android phone ### 2/5 — Logging in *2024-10-30* Almost half the time you try and log in, the app gives you an error code. Have had to reset my password because of this multiple times. Seems to ALWAYS have maintenance at midnight. I try to open the app for a smooth transfer and it’s always: “We apologize for the inconvenience thank you for your patience as we blah blah blah” get your stuff together, it’s ridiculous. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work *2023-11-08* Obviously the developers don’t care. Stop by an Apple Store and they indicated it must be a developers problem. I did contact Plains Commerce for help, jumped through the hoops but nothing worked. I used it for depositing checks for approximately 5 years. About 6 months to a year ago I could not open it. Credentials were not valid??? ### 1/5 — Opens and crashes *2023-03-22* iOS 16.4 and I haven’t been able to use the app for almost a month. ### 1/5 — You need to fix the app *2021-11-09* The new update requires iso 13 and it will not let you download an older version ### 1/5 — Fix This Already *2015-04-28* This app has been crashing for the last month I've tried to use it.
