I would like to see Touch ID added for quicker sign on. Also would love to be able to do external transfer from business accounts. From what I can tell there is no way to transfer directly to an external bank account, only internal accounts. Update: I would also like to be able to write a note when transferring money internally between accounts (to keep track of what the transfer is for). **Developer response:** Hello. Can’t even schedule a loan payment from a linked PCB account or an external account in the app. Would also like an easier way to view the loan/ deposit history and link external accounts. ### 1/5 — Fails most basic functions *2025-06-09* The app fails on several fronts: • it asks if you want to stay logged in, and doesn’t keep you logged in • it asks if you want to use facial recognition to login, then randomly removes that • remote deposits doesn’t work, and when it does you have to guess at what Plains wants you to write on the back of the check because they don’t tell you. So many redundant steps especially when depositing more than one check. Also very slow. ALSO...
