## What is PlainStaff Mobile?

PlainStaff is the complete solution for working time measurement, project time recording and absence management in companies. This app offers simplified access to PlainStaff and is intended for the quick and easy recording of times or for requesting and approving absences. It also provides access to the working time account, an overview of the booked project times and access to the team calendar with the approved absences.

Working Time Measurement

With the working time measurement module, employees record their working times conveniently and efficiently from their PC or smartphone in less than 30 seconds. The time recording ensures that the statutory working hours are not exceeded and that mandatory breaks are observed. Employees as well as management and the works council can keep an eye on possible overtime, vacation and sick days at all times via the time accounts. Permissions control that everyone only sees what corresponds to their role.

Project Time Recording

With the project time recording module, working hours can be assigned to tasks in projects. The employees, the project manager and the management have an overview of the project budget at all times. The time recording monitors the billing status of the booked hours and reminds the project manager if hours have not yet been billed. With one click, professional and consistent time sheets can be generated for presentation to the customer. In combination with the Working Time Measurement module, productivity reporting is also possible.  

Absence Management

All types of absences can be managed with the Absence Management module. From vacation to training and business trips. Both the different types of absence as well as the approval processes can easily be adapted to your requirements. With the team calendar that can be integrated into Outlook, everyone involved can keep an eye on their colleagues' absences at all times. With the help of the extensive web service interfaces, PlainStaff can also be easily and securely connected to your existing HR management.
