## What is Plan of Life?

Plan of Life helps you live a steady rhythm of prayer, the daily "norms of piety" at the heart of Catholic spiritual life, without streaks, scores, or shame.

It's built on one idea: fidelity over gamification. When you miss a day, nothing scolds you and nothing resets. You simply begin again.

WHAT'S INSIDE

Your habits: Start from a set of classic habits (Heroic minute, Morning offering, Mental prayer, Holy Mass, Rosary, Spiritual reading, Visit to the Blessed Sacrament, Examination of conscience, Angelus, Confession) or add your own. Every habit is fully editable. Set daily rhythms or intervals like "every two weeks."

Today: See the day's Mass readings with the liturgical season, the saint or feast of the day, and a short aspiration to lift your heart to God. Check off what you kept; catch up on days you forgot.

Examen & Journal: A guided evening examen and a private journal with your own categories, spiritual-direction notes, and resolutions you can look back on.

Monthly review: Gentle prompts to look back over the month and set one small resolution.

Widgets: Keep your next norm in view on your Home Screen and Lock Screen, and check things off with a tap.

Gentle reminders: Optional, quiet nudges for your morning offering, evening examen, and a "presence of God" moment at a random time each day.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

Everything stays on your device. Plan of Life collects no data, has no account, and shows no ads. Readings are fetched read-only by date; nothing about you is sent anywhere.

Whether you're just beginning or returning after a long time away, empezar y volver a empezar, Plan of Life is a calm, faithful companion for the interior life.
