The app is pretty bad. I can never get a video to upload. I have to use the desktop every time. The requesting approval on the app is pretty annoying as well.

Filtering by labels
Ability to modify post times on mobile
Stories never appear in order theyre due to be posting and you need to go into each story to see when its due. 

There was an exciting notification today to say there is a mobile update to include a fix for the filter by labels issue but the update doesn't appear available yet in apple app store.

This app is genuinely easy to use. Very good design layout, excellent features. It’s a bit annoying using the web version from a computer when you want to upload multiple items into a single post. As it doesn’t like doing it for some reason. 

The problems arrive when you have run out of free trial posts. There is roughly 25 of them so that’s great, but as soon as your done they ask for you to upgrade to the paid subscription. Sure I can see some value in that. EXCEPT $33USD/month if you buy the yearly plan and $39 if you do the monthly plan?!?! And that’s per workgroup! If you have have more than one workgroup then you better expect to pay $33/$39 per workgroup…..

Marketing is great but when you are creating the content and doing all the work paying someone that much money for an automated system doesn’t make much sense. Also they are way over priced to the industry standard.

This app doesn’t let you access any features. You can’t create or edit posts. It only allows you to see what’s been posted or waiting to be approved. It would be better if this app was more functional for the on the go content marketer. I’m deleting after writing this. Hoot suite is way better in terms of functionality, easy of use and access, and just overall the better choice. If the make some updates to compete I would possibly consider redownloading but I’ll be urging my company to use a different app.

While it’s great for posting while you’re on the go it lacks many features like the option to edit time of a post, edit text of post, and other features that could make the app more useful! Hopefully these features are added in upcoming updates!

Simple enough and straightforward design, unfortunately it seems like you can’t edit posts once saved so you have to start over if you make a mistake.  Also, I can’t figure out how to delete previous drafts of posts to prevent cluttering of my activity feed in the app. It feels a little incomplete.

I have not been able to post on IG in months. As soon as I get the notification And click on it, the screen goes white and I can never post to Instagram.

The app doesn’t quite have all the functions as the website. Even then, the website is temperamental and all I have tried to do so far is sign up, create a work sample board and link it to the page. None of which could be done on the app, nor can you create a new post. Has potential but more time is required testing the app and functionality.

This company has a terrible refund policy. I accidentally added an additional workspace and reached out to cancel within the first five minutes of adding it and they wouldn’t refund me. They charged me $400 and all they would do is credit my account, even though I already have a year plan with them.

I went through ridiculous hoops to sign up and then log in and then log in again. I schedule 5 reels to go out on Instagram…NONE of them posted the way they were suppose to. I went in to the app to just post manually and when I deleted the schedule time/date it continued to tell me that my date and time were in the past …welp, that’s exactly where this poor UX/UI app is now.

The app is filled with bugs. When you input text, it changes the text without notice after publishing posts. Support is non-existent and they still have the gull to charge a subscription for this… It’s an untested app, an unfinished product. Buyer beware… better go with Oneup or something else… They charge for this, and support is incredibly incompetent.

If i could give this less than one stars, i would. This was not easy to use at all, no matter what I did i couldn’t connect my instagram to the account and set up direct publishing. I would rather pay 60+ a month for an app that just works.

There are actions that are so basic that this app fails or struggle to perform. And then it’s downright brilliant. It literally has a love/hate relationship towards me!

There is no option to create a post or edit a workspace on either app. Rendering it's functionality useless... Such a shame!!

On the app it says sign up on the website. But when I go to the website and push ‘sign up for free’ it keeps sending me back to the app?! I did refresh several times and still the same.

I found the app fine to set up and create a schedule but it is very basic - I can’t tag products or people and I can’t add music to reels. It also doesn’t post at the scheduled time (it just reminded me to post at the scheduled time) - I had to manually go post it again from scratch (at least this time I could tag!).

You are able to download gifs/videos from the mobile app allowing you to coordinate with others for social media posting. Useful!

Planable is a great piece of scheduling software. On the desktop it’s easy to add workspaces, social accounts, and to add members to each workspace. 

The team always get back to you quickly with helpful insights into any issues, they’re always polite and very helpful.

There’s two main tiers for how to manage your account: starter and premium. I think there’s also a custom feature, which requires you discussing your needs with the team, and as I mentioned above they’re always happy to help and very polite! 

I use the app on my phone to post to Instagram, and the only update I would like is for it to publish to Instagram directly like Hootsuite, and to be able to create posts within the app, but that doesn’t take anything away from how well Planable works without that. 

You can easily move posts around on your desktop through click and drag, it’s easy to make posts, and to toggle through your multiple accounts in your workspace. 

I love planable, I hope to see it go far in the future! 👍🏼

Would be nice if the app told you WHILE SELECTING IMAGES 
That If you accidentally pick image and photo “MIXED MEDIA IS NOT SUPPORTED” before continuing and having to repeat the whole D**** process of scrolling through hundreds of pics just to accidentally do it again.
