## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.5 — 2026-09-27

New features and enhancements to improve navigation

3-Minute Alert — A time-sensitive notification that fires 3 minutes before a session, breaking through Focus and Do Not Disturb. Enable it per client.

YTD Balance on Reports — Year-to-date balance now shown at the top of each client's Reports tab.

Multi-Month Statements — Pull a statement across multiple months in one go.

Tap to Edit Sessions — Tap any session row in a Monthly Statement to edit it directly.

Client Search — Search bar added to the Clients tab and a smarter searchable picker in Add Session and Add Gig.

Other improvements — Paid toggle moved to the top of session details; Notes repositioned above Contact.

### 1.4 — 2026-09-04

Gigs got a big upgrade
• Give each gig its own color, and see gigs with set hours right on your day timeline
• Payments on a gig now show in Payment History and count toward your totals
• Balance and Monthly statements now include gigs — what you send a client always matches what they owe

A tidier Payments screen
• Cleaner client Payments view with a clear "This Year" summary and an all-time Balance
• Record a payment and apply it to a specific session or gig
• Faster client search when adding a session

More flexibility
• Duplicate a session to any day and time in a couple of taps

Plus stability improvements and small fixes throughout.

### 1.3 — 2026-07-29

Introducing Gigs: track multi-day jobs billed as a flat fee, with optional daily hours, alongside your sessions — visible on your calendar and reports, and exportable as PDF or CSV. Plus a new one-step tool to move a client's sessions to a different weekday, gig-aware reports, and fixes.

### 1.2 — 2026-07-24

This update adds a new Summary Report that shows your totals by client or by month over any date range — great for reviewing a full year at a glance. You can export it as a PDF to save or share. We've also added an "Unpaid only" filter to session reports so it's easier to see who still owes you, plus reliability improvements and bug fixes.

### 1.1 — 2026-07-10

Added mandatory data warnings, future period reporting, minor UI changes.
