## What is Plancove?

Never be the parent who missed the permission slip.

Plancove turns school messages into a reviewed, shared plan for your whole family.

Share any school message — email, WhatsApp, screenshot, or PDF — and it becomes each kid's plan: the dates, deadlines, payments, and prep, in your calendar and reminders. Your partner sees it too, so pickup never falls through the gap.

CAUGHT, NOT FOUND OUT LATER
The photo-day form, the $18, the swim kit, the early pickup — Plancove catches them from the message and reminds you to pack, print, and pay before the day, not on it. Every date links back to the school's exact words, and nothing saves until you approve it.

OR LET THE NEWSLETTERS COME TO YOU
Your family gets its own Plancove email address. Forward the school newsletter, or set your mail app to forward it automatically, and the dates are waiting for you to review — you never open the message at all.

ONE PLAN, BOTH PARENTS
Each child gets their own plan, and the whole household shares it. Whoever does Thursday pickup already knows — no relaying, no screenshots, no "did you see the newsletter?"

Plancove Plus is a subscription with a 14-day free trial per household: $4.99 per month, or $39.99 per year. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription auto-renews at the same price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Settings.
