Also when requesting a shift swap it won’t let me request to swap them both with another employee which we need to do to be able to successfully request the swap before management authorise it so only 3 out of 5 stars from me **Developer response:** Hi, Thank you for your review. Kind regards, Christopher Planday Support Team ### 4/5 — Holiday *2026-06-09, version 10.33.0* Doesn’t allow u to book holiday months in advance as holiday not accrued ### 4/5 — Messaging update *2026-04-23* Quite like Planday, does what we need, the recent addition of direct messaging is great but there’s a bug on iPad. If I switch from the new DM tab to email, it just jumps back to the DM, even if you select a mail message it just ignores the touch and slides back to the DM tab. The only way to stop this behaviour is to quit Planday completely and launch it again… but then it just starts doing it once more if I look at the mail message tab. It’s pretty frustrating, this is a good, alternative to AI slop services like WhatsApp but in its first iteration it’s very buggy on iPad, my iPhone doesn’t have this unexpected behaviour. Änderungen an Schichten (Verlauf) wird nicht mehr angezeigt, funktioniert nur noch über den PC, neuerdings lassen sich Nachrichten nicht mehr anzeigen. Man bekommt eine, auch der Ton kommt aber dann muss man die App erstmal komplett schließen und neu öffnen bevor sie angezeigt wird. **Developer response:** Hallo, vielen Dank für dein Feedback.
