I took the time to learn the tool and even went through the effort of self-hosting it. Everything was working fine, but then they suddenly changed their model—features that were previously free on the self-hosted version are now locked behind a paid plan. That kind of bait-and-switch is frustrating and disappointing.

**Developer response:** We haven’t locked any features that were previously available for commercial self-hosted users on mobile. We have actually been adding new features and improvements over time.

I can’t use it at all, input my instance URL and got 404 error.

**Developer response:** We are sorry you are experiencing issues. The mobile app is compatible with commercial self-hosted versions 1.5.0 and above. Please update your setup and try again. This requirement is mentioned in the app description. Once you are able to log in, we would appreciate it if you could revisit your review. For any help, you can reach us at support@plane.so.

Big fan of the web app, but the iOS app will not sync changes on work items. If fixed easy 5 stars

To view the latest changes made from another device, we recommend using the pull-to-refresh gesture on the work item screens. This will manually sync the latest updates. Why does the self hosted auth redirect me to a 404 instead of the URL I actually put in there?

**Developer response:** Sorry to hear you are having trouble. The mobile app only supports commercial self-hosted version 1.5.0 and higher. Please upgrade your self-hosted version and give it another try. We have added this to our app description, and we hope you will re-review the app after you have successfully logged in. ### 4/5 — Great system, but can’t get full project details on IOS

I love the system! It’s quite handy for planning out projects with orgs or with friends! Though, on the website version there is a handy “Overview” section under each project where I’ve put necessary links, information, and attachments  for the project. The IOS app does not however include this overview section. So there’s not way to access those necessary links / attachments from the IOS app.
