A hotel can hold a respectable star average and still hide a real problem in the reviews — a dirty room, a noisy night, a bad location, an overpaid rate. StaySane reads guest-review sentiment by category and scores each hotel 0–100 (higher is lower-risk) across: • Quality & cleanliness — what guests actually report, not just the star average • Location & access — transit, walkability, and airport access • Price fairness — the nightly rate vs. local peers of similar quality • Trust — an established, accountable property Browse scored hotels by destination and open any hotel for the full breakdown that drove its score, including what guests actually complain about.
