Placed my order at 11 pm, the app estimates 60 minutes to 90 minutes. It’s been about 2 and a half hours, can’t call the store for an update or cancellation. After two ai prompts the voice mailbox is full. Won’t be ordering again.

I love Planet 13  in Ocala. I’ve tried several other dispensaries, but I keep on coming back to Planet 13.

UPDATE: The app is broken again and only works like 20% of the time yet the website works fine. 

The problem is no longer the app, it is the company Planet 13. When it was Vidacann they had great prices and good quality. P13 took over and immediately raised prices & cut quality. VC was one of the best dispensaries and now p13 is towards the bottom. Better deals and quality at almost every other dispensary.
