Can't remove a buddy, can't change the gym!

Unable to login, forgot password also not working, also no support details to get problem solved.

The buddy tag method isn’t very good, i have to scan the QR then put in my id number and then wait for someone to go on the computer and let me in, what’s the point of it, if it takes longer than the old method of just signing in and I still have to give my id number when you can include it in the QR code.
