How is it empty? The app is great for signing in and absolutely nothing else. They literally just withdrew 2 and a half payments out of my banking account after the fact the app said I didn’t have to make a payment till September .this is ridiculous when I’m being charged for days that I have not even been going to the gym to workout because of being busy at work. 😡 the. I’m already thinking about cancelling my account and they’res not option on the app to cancel . The attendants just keep saying there is nothing they can do about it. Is very aggregating and annoying because that’s is one of the few perks of being a black card member. The equipment is great and the facility is very clean. Darius is an amazing employee. He is always very friendly and helpful. He is also very knowledgeable and professional.
