Stopped showing the last smoothie you ordered. Very slow, endless loading loops, it won’t find store location, it won’t add a smoothie to the cart even if I make it that far, I can’t place an order anymore. I don’t need a $13 cup of ice anyway. Good riddance. ### 1/5 — Tip Calculator is Broken *2025-08-31, version 7.0.0* The app has actually been great until I noticed today that something is majorly wrong with the tip calculator. I try to tip around 10% rounded up, but whenever I put in a custom tip it would change it. A $2.68 tip became a $52.68 tip, $1.68 became $32.68, and $0.68 became $12.68. Something is definitely wrong with the app or backend code. ### 1/5 — Poor design; broken app. *2025-08-31, version 7.0.0* When you try to add a card, it just takes you to an empty screen that only lets you go back. Poor web design. It feels like they uploaded a half-finished version of the app onto the App Store. Very unprofessional. ### 1/5 — Zero Functionality Due to Errors *2025-03-07, version 6.9.0* I cannot create an account “due to errors” (helpful, btw) and I can’t place orders as a guest because nothing seems to satisfy “select a valid name”. Not sure what use this app is except maybe thinking about buying a smoothie, or finding the nearest location. ### 1/5 — Awful account creation problems *2025-02-17, version 6.9.0* Literally tried for 20 minutes to make and account, because it refused to let me continue as a guest, citing a “invalid first name.” The account creation constantly told me there were errors regarding my request, even though every single form said valid. Quick and easy to use! ### 5/5 — Works! *2014-11-24, version 1.0.2* Good App! ### 3/5 — Reward Points Don’t Work *2026-08-03, version 8.0.3* First and foremost, I love planet smoothie’s offerings and the location near me is great! Unfortunately, the app is not exactly ready for prime time despite being around for quite awhile. It’s pretty, but not exactly user friendly. I have a standing order of açaí bowls that I place twice a week. I usually order them the night before I plan to pickup and the order ahead feature is somewhat convoluted. I want to be able to click reorder —> select amount —> check out —> select date and time for order ahead, select payment choice, and place order all from the same checkout page. If the store is closed when I order, I have to select the date and time from the checkout page, but then that sends me back to the menu. It’s too many unnecessary clicks. Secondly, I never get points for the orders I place. I’m signed into my rewards (VIP) account every time I order, but I never accumulate points despite ordering every week for at least the past year. I learned that I can “apply” for my earned points on the website, but that is super inconvenient and doesn’t work every time. If you’re going to offer rewards points to your customers, they should be accumulated at the time of purchase without extra steps or bugs hampering the process. ### 3/5 — APP CANNOT SCAN REWARDS *2024-04-23, version 5.0.5* Hey I have used your application for a while now and it becomes a bit frustrating when trying to use the QR code to scan my rewards. It is something that could simplify the process and make operations smoother in everyday life.
