If I’m only ordering 1 sandwich for delivery this seems incredibly low ($0.30 at 5%). How can I add a tip manually for an explicit amount of money or pick a higher percent? ### 2/5 — Glitchy *2019-02-01* App has a few glitches when reviewing and placing orders. Took a few attempts to get order placed. Sometimes when selecting the order ready time, it takes you back a screen and then you have to review order again. Also, the app selected incorrect store location, even after I selected the correct location. Then as I'm placing my order and checking out, it's asking me to log in or check out as a guest. When I log in, my order clears out and I have to re-key it in. Also, the special instructions sections has a limited amount of characters that aren't helpful at all. It's useless. Just order from their website. Half of the app is essentially a web site facade and half is app-specific. I am enrolled as a user but I can't order from that side. If I try and order from the menu side, I have to log in and enter ALL of my information every time I use it. It's as if I never ordered before. Seriously, it has a link to get the app from within the app! I wish I knew who wrote this so I could bad mouth them as well. I write these apps for a living and I'd be ashamed to have this as one of my programs. Just order from their website; the food's delicious and the people good people. And then the store added credit to my my account after I used the website for the first time. Which is also a plus. I haven't connected it to my "Wallet" app yet. I’ve now tried to check out with this app at two different Planet Subs. It simply does not work. The employees at both locations said it rarely does. They said sometimes it takes up to 5 minutes to read the QR code, but even then it may not work. ### 1/5 — Broken app *2018-04-03* I can’t even log into my account.
