## What is Planhive?

Get everyone on the same list.

Shared List App is the simple way to organise what needs doing with other people, at work, at home and everything in between. Create a list, invite the people involved, and everyone can see what's done, what's left and who's on it, without the chasing.

HOME LISTS. WORK LISTS. ONE APP.
Keep separate lists for your team, your clients, your projects and your home, each shared only with the people you choose.

ASSIGN IT. SEE IT GET DONE.
Give every task an owner, set priorities and track progress. No more "did anyone do that?" in the group chat.

EVERY TASK HAS ITS OWN CHAT
Comments live on the task, so decisions and updates stay with the work instead of getting buried under forty messages.

PHOTOS AND FILES WHERE THEY'RE NEEDED
Attach the quote, the plan, the photo or the PDF to the task it belongs to.

FOCUS ON WHAT MATTERS NOW
Pick tasks from any list into your own Shortlist, so you can see today's priorities across everything you're part of.

KEEP EVERYONE UP TO DATE
Get notified when you're assigned a task, when something changes or when someone comments, so nobody has to ask what's happening.

ON YOUR PHONE AND ON THE WEB
Use it on iPhone, iPad, Android or any web browser, with everything kept in sync.

PERFECT FOR
• Teams agreeing actions in meetings and following them up
• VAs, consultants and coaches sharing lists with clients
• Projects, refits and anything with suppliers and deadlines
• Committees, clubs and volunteer groups
• Events, trips and house moves
• Households sharing life admin, chores and the weekly shop

Free to use.

Less to remember. Less chasing. Everyone knows what's happening.
